Why "Succeeding CIRS"?

2 Timothy 1:7 "For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline."

To succeed means to have a desired result, to thrive, prosper, or grow. It also means to come after or next. Succeeding CIRS means we can all prosper and grow with CIRS, and that we will remain after CIRS - there is hope for the future to be better than it is now or than what it was before.

My Story

My name is Kendrah, and I had a life-long history of waxing/waning food sensitivities amid other unexplained ailments. Although I experienced long periods of wellness, in 2017 at age 29, symptoms reached an all-time-low. I went for a 5 minute walk, and on returning, my knees were red, hot, and swollen to the point that I could not stand. I was desperate and needed to understand why my body was rebelling. This lead me on my CIRS journey. I made so much progress on the Shoemaker Protocol that I was finally able to conceive the child my husband and I had long waited for, and I feared I would never be able to mother due to just how sick I had gotten. Now I can rock climb, kayak, hike, and chase my 2 year old around. All things I believed I was going to be unable to do until I found and followed the Shoemaker Protocol.
